The Chevrolet Trax is a new entry level cross-over SUV that is based on the GM
Gamma II Platform which is shared with the Opel Mokka and Buick Encore. The 2014
Chevrolet Trax will make its debut at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Despite being
available in 140 markets world wide, the Trax will not be available in the
United States. In Oceania markets the Chevrolet Trax will be called the Holden
Trax. The 2014 Chevrolet Trax will have three engines available; 1.6L gasoline,
1.7L turbocharged diesel and 1.4L turbocharged gasoline.
